Momentum Behavior Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time, in-office role in Hermosa Beach, CA. The BCBA will oversee a caseload totaling 175–200 hours per week across 8–10 clients and supervise RBTs/BTs in line with BACB requirements. The position emphasizes hands-on clinical work, data-driven treatment, and progress reporting.
