QA/QC Manager

Seeking a highly experienced QA/QC Manager, this full-time remote position will lead quality assurance and quality control efforts across construction, testing, commissioning, and turnover phases of mission-critical data center developments, ensuring compliance with project specifications and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain project-specific MEP Quality Assurance / Quality Control plans and procedures Conduct regular field inspections to verify installation quality and compliance with design documents and industry standards Provide oversight for critical systems, ensuring readiness for testing and commissioning in collaboration with relevant teams Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline 5+ years of experience in MEP QA-QC, commissioning, or construction quality management Experience with complex infrastructure projects such as data centers or hospitals Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems commissioning and applicable code requirements Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation
