Construction Manager

This is an opportunity to work with one of the most well established, largest privately-owned development firms in Palm Beach that have successfully completed north of 75 million square feet of real with a value in excess of $8 billion.
They are a family in how they work and treat their people, have a great culture, a long-term outlook, and offer this person the opportunity to join the team on a $500M luxury resort project in West Palm Beach that is currently under construction.
Due to growth, they are looking to hire a Construction Manager to join their team in West Palm Beach.
NOTE: This a great opportunity for that top tier Superintendent of Project Manager looking to make the move from the GC to the owner/ developer side of the industry.
Requirements:
10+ years of experience working for a reputable general contractor
Experience working on hotel/ condo projects with high end finishes
Ideal candidate will have an eye for detail and quality and have experience closing out projects
Must be a team player and enjoy fast paced projects
You will not be disappointed with the quality of the people and growth opportunities with this company.
