Senior Product Manager, Testing

Job Description
Responsibilities
Lead experimentation strategy across web and mobile (iOS/Android)
Design and scale advanced testing (multivariate, holdouts, sequential)
Partner with engineering, AI/ML, and analytics on experiment design and measurement
Conduct deep analysis to uncover insights and drive decisions
Establish frameworks, governance, and best practices
Translate results into clear product and business recommendations
Drive adoption of a data-driven experimentation culture

Skills and Requirements
Qualifications:
Candidates from large tech companies or Major retail organizations (Google, Apple, etc.)
5+ years in product management with a focus on experimentation/testing
Experience with advanced tools (Optimizely, Adobe Target, Statsig, etc.)
Strong understanding of statistics (significance, bias, variance, etc.)
Able to influence strategy and guide engineering teams
Nice to Have:
Experience building experimentation frameworks
Exposure to personalization or feature flagging
Backend/server-side experimentation experience
