Stand-Up Forklift Operator – Freezer & Refrigerated Warehouse | Clackamas, OR

Looking for a hands-on warehouse job where no two days are the same? Love staying active and working with cool products (literally)? We’re hiring a Stand-Up Forklift Operator to join our frozen food warehouse team in Clackamas . Think ice cream, frozen meals, and more – all kept at the perfect chill! ❄

Location

Clackamas, OR
Entire facility is refrigerated or freezing – company-provided PPE from head to toe

Pay & Schedule

$21–24/hour DOE
Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (flexible start time for bus riders, must stay until shift ends)
Weekends OFF
Weekly pay
Contract-to-hire

What You’ll Be Doing

Operating a Crown stand-up forklift in a freezer/refrigerated environment
Picking and staging products using double-pick pallet jacks
Using paper sheets and eventually RF scanners to track inventory
Moving product efficiently while keeping safety first
Working closely with your team to keep orders moving

What We’re Looking For

Reliable and punctual (arrive 15 min early to suit up for the freezer floor!)
Comfortable in cold environments for extended periods
Experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting (stand-up Crown lift preferred)
Team player with strong communication skills
Ability to walk, lift, and stay active throughout your shift
