Operations Manager

Seeking a high‑intelligence, data‑driven General Manager of Operations to lead a high‑volume fulfillment and garment decoration facility. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the “nerve center” of the operation, overseeing a multi‑departmental team of 20–60+ employees across warehouse fulfillment, embellishment (embroidery, heat seal, hemming), purchasing, and customer service. We are looking for a systems‑thinker who is deeply proficient in Excel, Tableau, and PivotTables to manage the plant through precise KPIs—including order accuracy and days to ship—while ensuring flawless execution of managed programs for large‑scale industrial enterprise clients. Full‑time, Monday through Friday. Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 per year. Shift: First. Work hours: 8 AM – 4 PM. Education: High School. Responsibilities The operation manager role includes: Oversee warehouse fulfillment and embellishment operations. Manage purchasing and customer service departments. Develop and monitor KPIs for order accuracy and days to ship. Ensure flawless execution of managed programs for large‑scale clients. Provide leadership and systems‑thinking to improve accountability and process efficiency. Skills E‑Commerce (4 years of experience required) Apparel (4 years of experience preferred) Qualifications Minimum 4 years of experience in operations management. Experience level: Experienced.
