Case Manager & Family Support Advocate

Catholic Charities of Central Texas is seeking a Case Manager to serve individuals and families in the St. Gabriel's Pregnancy & Parenting Program. You will manage an assigned caseload, guide clients through services, and coordinate resources with Catholic Charities to ensure successful program completion.
