Job Description

• Create Individualized Treatment Plans: Assess patients' requirements and formulate tailored therapy plans to help them reach their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methods to enhance patients' motor skills, cognitive functions, and activities of daily living.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work integrally with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver holistic, patient-centered care.
• Educate Patients and Families: Assist patients and caregivers in understanding therapy techniques aimed at supporting ongoing recovery at home.
• Track and Analyze Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and adapt treatments accordingly to ensure sustained improvement.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Opportunities for continuing education or post-graduate certifications welcomed and encouraged

Certifications

• An active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification is required
