Direct Hire | Full-Time
$25-$30/hour + 15% Shift Differential + Quarterly Profit Sharing

Are you an experienced Mold Maker, Tool & Die Maker, Toolmaker, or Precision Machinist looking for an opportunity to work on highly advanced tooling projects?

Join a growing precision manufacturing organization where you'll build new injection molds used to produce critical components for medical devices and other high-precision applications. This is an opportunity to take ownership of mold builds from start to finish while working in a clean, climate-controlled tool room with industry-leading equipment and technology.

What You'll Do:

• Build new precision steel injection molds from engineering drawings and CAD files
• Machine mold components using CNC mills, EDM sinkers, EDM hole burners, lathes, grinders, and other tool room equipment
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and CAD models
• Inspect components using precision measuring equipment and microscopes
• Troubleshoot tooling issues during the mold build process
• Partner with Engineering, Quality, and Production teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule
• Support new tooling projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of mold making, tool & die, tooling, or precision machining experience preferred
• Experience building molds, tooling, or precision components
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD files
• Experience with CNC machining and EDM equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Commitment to producing high-quality work with tight tolerances
• Tool & Die education or apprenticeship experience is a plus
