2nd Shift Equipment Operator (Forklift/Reach Truck)Location: Historic New Castle, DelawareSalary: $19.50 - $22.00Job Category: Light IndustrialJob Description:Location: Historic New Castle, DelawareCoWorx Staffing Services is seeking Equipment Operators (Forklift/Hi-Lo REACH TRUCK experience) in the New Castle, DE area. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with stable schedules for picking, orders and to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materials. Available Shift: Mon-Fri 3:30 PM to 12am midnightResponsibilities:Operate powered industrial lift trucks: forklifts, electric pallet jacks and Hi/Lo Reach Trucks to push, pull, lift, stack or move product, equipment and materialsUse a handheld scanner with a high degree of accuracyLoad and unload trailers as requiredAdhere to the Client 7S program and maintain a clean environment at all timesDemonstrate a commitment to process excellenceDemonstrate an understanding of the company quality policyWork in a hot or cold warehouse environmentThe ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and sit or stand for long periods of timePerform inbound receiving processDesired Background/Skills:1 year of warehouse equipment operator experienceTrained and certified in the safe operation of powered industrial lift trucks (HI/Lo REACH TRUCK and Forklift experience)Ability to Lift up to 50 lbs. to lift objects of various shapes, sizesMove materials placed on wheeled carts weighing up to 500 lbsBend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pullStand, sit or walk for long periods of timeUse hands and fingers to handle or feel tools or equipmentTolerate hot or cold warehouse environmentsHigh School diploma or equivalentOther Information:Don't miss out on this excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team- apply with us today to get started!
