Phlebotomist/Medical Technician/Warehouse

Sample & Inventory Management Receive, unpack, label, log, and track samples. Maintain sample inventory and storage records. Transport samples within the laboratory. Handle sample check-out, return, and disposal processes. Documentation & Compliance Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Complete investigation reports, deviation forms, and corrective action documentation (CAPA). Ensure all sample handling activities meet regulatory and laboratory requirements. Review laboratory requests for compliance. Communication & Team Support Communicate sample status to laboratory staff. Assist and guide team members on proper sample handling procedures. Work closely with scientists, technicians, and laboratory personnel. Training & Problem Solving Train others on SOPs and storage requirements. Respond to storage/environmental alarms when necessary. Investigate issues and help identify solutions. Support process improvements. Preferred Background High school diploma or equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in: Laboratory support Sample management Inventory control Warehouse/logistics in a regulated environment Pharmaceutical, biotech, clinical, or research settings
