In this role, you'll be at the forefront of fraud detection, prevention, and investigation while helping protect our members and the credit union from financial losses. If you enjoy problem-solving, conducting investigations, working with technology, and making a real impact every day, we want to hear from you!What You'll DoInvestigate and resolve fraud claims, disputes, and suspicious activity.Monitor accounts and fraud detection systems, including Verafin and Advanced Fraud Solutions.Partner with law enforcement and legal entities during fraud investigations.Educate employees through fraud prevention and new hire training.Assist members with debit card issues, fraud protection, and account security.Conduct video reviews and in-depth investigations.Analyze account activity and monitor overdrawn accounts.Process fraud-related charge-offs, losses, returns, and reporting.Maintain compliance with federal regulations and credit union policies.Help minimize fraud losses and strengthen member trust.Support the Call Center during peak service periods.What You'll BringRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentMinimum two years of customer service or support operations experienceStrong investigative and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication abilitiesExceptional attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationStrong computer proficiency and ability to learn fraud detection systemsExperience working in a bank, credit union, or financial institutionKnowledge of fraud prevention and loss mitigation practicesFamiliarity with debit card disputes and fraud investigationsUnderstanding of financial regulations, including Regulations CC, E, D, J, and ZWhy Join TENCU?At TENCU, you'll be part of a team dedicated to protecting our members and building stronger financial futures.
