An acclaimed, Michelin-starred hospitality group is seeking an experienced Dining Room Manager for the newly launched,f intimate 50-seat fine-dining concept.
This elegant establishment bridges traditional and contemporary Japanese culinary styles, delivering a sophisticated supper-club experience led by an award-winning culinary team. We are looking for a poised, detail-driven leader who will guide the service team with focus and finesse. Our dining room relies on quiet precision, absolute sincerity, and hospitality delivered with calm, exacting awareness. Key Areas of Responsibility
- Guest Experience: Lead, mentor, and train front-of-house team members to execute elite service standards. Establish genuine, professional guest connections through thoughtful floor presence.
- Operations: Manage day-to-day floor operations, including opening/closing procedures, shift handovers, and seamless kitchen coordination.
- Administrative & Accounting: Maintain accurate internal accounting, financial tracking, and administrative systems.
- Reservation & Sales Optimization: Manage and optimize the reservation system to maximize seating availability, guest satisfaction, and nightly revenue.
- Human Resources: Handle the talent pipeline, including interviewing, hiring decisions, onboarding, and ongoing training for the service team.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years of proven leadership experience in the hospitality industry, specifically as a Lead Server, Dining Room Manager, or equivalent management role within a high-end fine dining or luxury hospitality environment.
- Sensibility: A calm, professional, and non-performative approach to guest relations, treating hospitality as an exacting craft.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during busy services, navigate small spaces with agility, and lift or move up to 50 pounds unassisted.
