Leasing Agent

Cunningham Equities is looking for a qulified Leasing Agent. 20 to 40 hours per week for Clinton, Fitchburg and Worcester Area. Rotating Schedule. The Leasing Agent manages prospective resident inquiries, follows up with leads, conducts property tours, and coordinates applications and lease signing using CE's systems and procedures. Responsibilities include coordinating move-ins and resident access, confirming apartment readiness, and preparing welcome packages and personalized gifts to create a positive resident experience. The ideal candidate has strong customer service, sales, communication, and organizational skills; can create a welcoming environment for new proespective residents; and is comfortable using property management software and lead tracking systems. Leasing, hospitality, or customer service experience is welcome, but not required. The Leasing Agent must communicate professionally with residents, coworkers, and guests; maintain accurate records; follow CE's policies and approval procedures; promptly escalate significant resident, maintenance, or safety concerns; and perform other responsibilities reasonably assigned.
