Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in a similar-sized Level 1 trauma facility
• Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, and TNCC certifications
• Consistent work history with no employment gaps
• Emergency Department skill set checklist and two ED references
• Up-to-date resume and badge-appropriate photo required

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding care to boarder patients in a very busy Emergency Department, managing a variety of patient conditions (medical/surgical, stepdown, ICU)
• Float as needed to acute units to provide support, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Work as part of the ED float pool, maintaining high standards of care and communication
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best patient outcomes
