What You'll Do:

• Create a warm, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Plan fun, hands-on learning experiences that inspire curiosity.
• Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Encourage independence, confidence, and creativity.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow teachers.
• Collaborate with an enthusiastic team that loves what they do.

Qualifications

• Meets MSDE-OCC Teacher Requirements (90-Hour Certification)
• Early Childhood classroom experience preferred
• CDA, Associate's, or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a genuine love for young children
• CPR Certification preferred

• Starting pay: $18-$20+ per hour (based on education, experience, and certifications)
