We're seeking a driven and energetic Assistant Sales Manager to join our team at the Downers Grove studio and help us bring the power of yoga to our growing community. About the Role As Assistant Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving studio growth, supporting sales performance, and ensuring an exceptional experience for both new and existing members. You will work closely with the Studio Manager to lead front-desk operations, build relationships, and meet membership goals. Key Responsibilities Drive Membership Sales: Assist in executing strategic sales initiatives to meet and exceed monthly targets Support Studio Operations: Oversee front-desk activity, ensure smooth check-in/check-out procedures, and maintain a clean and welcoming environment Deliver Outstanding Customer Experience: Build relationships with prospective and current members, respond to inquiries, and provide knowledgeable guidance about our classes and memberships Lead and Motivate Staff: Help train and coach Wellness Advisors, set daily goals, and model exceptional customer service and sales behavior Track and Report Performance: Maintain accurate records of sales metrics and member engagement, and contribute to planning and strategy sessions Who You Are A proactive problem-solver with 12 years of sales, fitness, or retail management experience Passionate about health, wellness, and the positive impact of yoga A team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced studio environment Excellent communicator, organized, and detail-oriented Comfortable working toward goals and motivated by performance-based incentives Hourly pay of $18$20 per hour , based on experience Commission and bonus opportunities tied to studio performance Complimentary yoga classes and retail discounts Opportunities for growth within one of the fastest-growing boutique fitness brands #J-18808-Ljbffr Industry
