Global Billing Operations Manager, responsible for leading and scaling global billing processes with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in a full-time role. Key Responsibilities Oversee global billing operations, ensuring accurate invoice generation and collections management Continuously improve billing and accounts receivable processes for scalability and efficiency Lead a high-performing team while collaborating cross-functionally to resolve billing issues and ensure compliance Required Qualifications 8+ years of experience in billing or finance operations, preferably in SaaS or technology 3+ years of experience in people management Strong knowledge of Order to Cash processes and experience with NetSuite and Salesforce Experience in a high-growth, complex deal environment Familiarity with automation and process improvement initiatives
