Duties and Responsibilities: Set up, program, and operate multi-axis CNC mills (3 thru 5-axis) to produce precision diesel performance components Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications Optimize tool paths, feeds, and speeds for performance, efficiency, and surface finish quality Perform first-article inspections and in-process quality checks using precision measuring instruments Maintain tight tolerances and ensure parts meet motorsports-level quality standards Collaborate with engineering and performance teams to refine designs for manufacturability Troubleshoot machining issues and continuously improve cycle times and processes Maintain equipment, tooling, and a clean, organized work environment About the Company: Scheid Diesel Service Co., Inc. has been in business since 1982 with 3 locations to serve you in Terre Haute, IN Lafayette, IN and Effingham, IL.
