Position Overview\n

An established and well-supported primary care practice in rural Wisconsin is seeking a Board Eligible/Board Certified Family Medicine Physician to join its collaborative team.

\n

This opportunity offers flexibility with 0.5 FTE or greater scheduling and the ability to provide comprehensive outpatient Family Medicine in a rural community while benefiting from strong clinical and organizational support.

Practice & Schedule\n

• Permanent Family Medicine opportunity

• Traditional outpatient Family Medicine

• Optional inpatient and procedural work

• Monday–Friday clinic availability
\n
• Early morning start times available
\n
• Full-time schedule includes approximately 36 patient contact hours plus administrative time
\n
• Flexible start date
\n

Call Structure\n

\n
• Call is shared among the providers
\n
• All calls are pre-screened by nurse triage
\n
• Call is phone-only
\n
• Urgent or higher-acuity patient needs are handled by the appropriate Urgent Care, Emergency Department, or Hospitalist teams
\n
• Supportive call structure designed to protect physician time away from the practice
\n

Clinical Scope & Candidate Profile\n

\n
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
\n
• BE physicians must obtain Board Certification within the required timeframe following residency
\n
• Traditional outpatient Family Medicine experience preferred
\n
• FMOB experience is welcome
\n
• Candidates with prenatal, postnatal, delivery, and C-section experience may have opportunities to incorporate those skills into their practice
\n
• Collaborative, patient-centered approach to care
