Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Physician (IM/Peds)

Location: Southeastern Wisconsin (1 hour from O'Hare International Airport, Chicago) Employer: Physician-led, multi-specialty medical group

Position Highlights

• 44.5 day work week

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care for pediatric, adolescent, and adult patients
• Newborn nursery coverage (no high-risk OB)
• Minimal inpatient responsibilities
• Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic conditions across all age groups
• Conduct wellness exams, preventive care visits, immunizations, and chronic disease management
• Open to performing procedures based on provider comfort and experience
• Collaborate with APPs, nursing staff, and specialty teams to ensure coordinated patient care
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, preventive care, and overall wellness
• Participate in EMR-driven documentation, quality measures, and population health initiatives

Qualifications & Skills

• MD/DO; Board Certified/Board Eligible in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics
• Eligible for Wisconsin medical license and DEA
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to care
• EMR proficiency with strong documentation habits

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $319,000 plus wRVU productivity bonus
