Remote Case Manager

Managing patient cases from initial intake through final approval, the full-time Remote Case Manager will conduct outbound outreach, verify benefits, and resolve payer issues while working remotely in a call center environment. Key Responsibilities Monitor system queues for new patient cases and place outbound calls to confirm coverage details Contact insurance companies to obtain and accurately enter benefit information while resolving complex payer/pharmacy issues Document detailed case notes in proprietary software and manage patient accounts end-to-end Required Qualifications High School Diploma required; additional education preferred 2 years of healthcare administration experience in a high-volume call center 2 years of experience with Medicaid/Medicare and prior authorization/appeals Strong proficiency with Microsoft products and video conferencing tools Typing speed of at least 40 WPM with strong accuracy
