Remote Spanish Bilingual Pre-Litigation Case Manager
EvenUp Inc.
EvenUp is recruiting a Pre-Litigation Associate to drive early-stage personal injury cases from intake to resolution in a remote role across the United States. You will initiate claims, manage medical records, police reports, and care coordination, and prepare demands with liens and subrogation in mind.
You will collaborate with attorneys and lead paralegals to build comprehensive files, ensuring precise timelines and client communication throughout the pre-litigation process.
