impac Fleet is hiring a Business Development Lead to help build and lead a competitive outbound sales pod inside a fast-paced sales gym environment focused on growth, leadership, accountability, and performance.

This role is for someone who:

• loves competition,
• enjoys building people,
• thrives in high-energy environments,
• and wants income tied directly to performance.

You’ll lead a team of up to 5 Business Development Reps while also producing your own qualified appointments and helping build one of the strongest sales cultures in the area.

WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

• Coach reps on cold calling and appointment setting
• Recruit and onboard new talent
• Help drive office culture and accountability
• Attend networking events and conferences
• Build scripts, systems, and outreach strategies
• Hold your own qualified appointments
• Lead from the front through consistency, professionalism, and intensity

This is not a “sit behind a desk and manage spreadsheets” role. You’ll be in the trenches with the team every day.

COMPENSATION

Guaranteed Base
• $25,000/year base salary
• Paid bi-weekly

Uncapped Commission

• $350 per self-generated qualified held appointment
• $60 override for every qualified held appointment generated by your pod
• Additional commission opportunities from marketing-generated meetings

Expected Earnings

• Baseline performers: $68K+
• Strong performers: $83K–$97K+
• Top performers: $112K+

No cap. The better your team performs, the more you earn.

OFFICE EXPECTATIONS

• 7:50 AM – 5:15 PM standard office hours
• Additional preparation time when needed
• Strong daily presence with the team
• Lead by example in professionalism and pacing

This is a hands-on leadership role.

You are expected to set the standard.
