Hospital Social Worker: Case Management & Family Advocacy

Northwell Health is looking for a dedicated Social Worker to provide essential case and group work services to patients during their hospital stay. The position requires a Master's Degree in Social Work, with LMSW required within one year and current LCSW highly preferred. The Social Worker will advocate for clients, maintain appropriate documentation, and may travel to client homes as needed.
