Bilingual Nurse Home Visitor: Family Health & Home Visits
Partnership for Maternal & Child Health of Northern New Jersey
The Partnership for Maternal & Child Health of Northern New Jersey is seeking a dedicated nurse to deliver nursing services to low-income, first-time birthing parents and their families through the Nurse-Family Partnership (NFP) program. The role focuses on home visits and comprehensive case management, supporting families from early pregnancy until the child is two years old. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree in nursing, a current NJ RN license, and at least two years of experience in maternal or public health.
