Nurse - Family Partnership Nurse Home Visitor (Summit & Surrounding Counties) (30 Hrs/Wk)

Responsibilities We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join our Nurse Family Partnership team. This is an opportunity to work in a flexible, challenging and rewarding environment. Responsibilities include delivery of the Nurse Family Partnership program through home visitation for low-income, first-time pregnant women and their families from early pregnancy up to the child’s second birthday. This is a regular part-time position (30 hours/week). This position requires travel within Summit County as well as some travel to neighboring counties. Travel is compensated. Please see program website: Qualifications BSN preferred Current RN license (in good standing) required in the state of Colorado or an active RN license with a compact state. Current BLS required. Two years’ recent experience in maternal/child health, public health, home visiting or mental/behavioral nursing preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong critical thinking skills and ability to work independently. Basic computer skills.
