Role Summary

Wee Care Corp is hiring a Contract Speech Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality speech therapy services that help clients strengthen communication and swallowing function in everyday settings. This role exists to provide timely, individualized care that supports measurable progress for clients and families.

Key responsibilities include:
- Complete speech/language and swallowing evaluations and interpret findings
- Create and carry out individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide direct therapy, track outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed
- Document services and progress clearly and on time
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and educate caregivers on carryover strategies

Required qualifications/skills:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Arizona licensure; ASHA CCC-SLP (or eligibility as applicable)
- Strong clinical judgment, organization, and professional communication

Daily Rhythm

Your day as a Speech Language Pathologist is built around after-school hours, evenings, and weekends, meeting clients in their natural environment, where they are most comfortable. You’ll move through scheduled sessions with time to connect with caregivers, confirm goals, and ensure carryover strategies fit real routines. Between visits, you’ll coordinate with teammates, review notes and prior outcomes, and keep records current so the next session starts with clarity. The pace is steady and client-focused, with variety across ages and needs, and an emphasis on practical progress that families can see and use right away.
