Opportunity:

SLP - SLP

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

• 13-week contract with 40 guaranteed hours per week

• No float, on-call, callback, weekend, or holiday rotation requirements

• Must live outside 50-mile radius from facility

• Active Wisconsin licensure and CCC-A or CCC-SLP certification required

• Master's degree in speech language pathology required

• 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred

• Work with adult patients performing cognitive evaluations, bedside swallow evaluations

• Any color scrubs acceptable

• Contract eligible for 36 hours of unbillable low census hours

• May be placed on call for low census hours

• 2-hour minimum callback if called in during low census

• Must adhere to vaccination policy or wear mask at all times during flu season

• GSA hours not guaranteed during orientation week
