This position will serve as the primary environmental, health, safety, and sustainability leader for the region, partnering with site leadership to drive regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and a culture focused on zero injuries and environmental stewardship.What You'll DoLead regional environmental, health, safety, and sustainability programs across multiple facilitiesAdminister OSHA and EPA compliance programs and ensure regulatory adherencePartner with site leadership to drive a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement initiativesConduct EHSS audits, identify compliance gaps, and oversee corrective actionsLead incident investigation, reporting, trend analysis, and root cause activitiesSupport emergency response planning and preparedness effortsDevelop and maintain EHSS policies, procedures, and training programsOversee environmental reporting and regulatory submissionsServe as the regional EHSS subject matter expert and coach site teamsSupport ISO 14001 implementation, auditing, and continuous improvement effortsReport EHSS performance metrics to corporate leadershipWhat You'll BringBachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health, or a related technical field8+ years of environmental, health, and safety experience within industrial or manufacturing environmentsStrong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, ANSI, NFPA, and related regulatory requirementsExperience supporting multiple locations or regional operationsBackground conducting compliance audits and managing corrective action programsExperience with incident investigations xhyhwjd and EHS management systemsISO 14001 experience requiredStrong communication and leadership skillsCSP or other EHS certifications preferredMaster's degree preferredWhy This RoleRegional leadership opportunity with significant influence across multiple sitesHighly visible role partnering with operational and corporate leadershipAbility to shape EHSS culture and long-term strategyCompetitive compensation and bonus potentialComprehensive medical, dental, vision, retirement, and paid leave benefitsOpportunity to join a stable and growing manufacturing organization
