Regional Manager - Ohio - Sports Medicine

Regional Manager position in sports medicine sales leadership, responsible for directing a sales team across Ohio territories to exceed revenue targets. Reports to Area VP Sales and manages hiring, training, performance monitoring, and strategic account coordination in a hybrid role requiring 50% travel.
Responsibilities
- Oversee sales team activity, productivity standards, territory management, and time management
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop sales professionals; conduct quarterly training and performance reviews
- Review sales data and commission reports; manage target pipeline lists aligned with goals
- Establish monthly meetings with Area VP Sales and maintain strategic communication with leadership
- Foster competitive team environment and provide daily troubleshooting and strategic guidance to team members
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Minimum 7 years of sales experience with proven success record
- Demonstrated expertise in sales field concepts, practices, and procedures
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Proven formal leadership experience or team leadership background
- Proficiency in developing and implementing sales programs
Compensation: $129,000 base, eligible for commission and/or bonuses
