Customer Service Representative

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys assisting customers, and can efficiently manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist customers, service advisors, and insurance companies with windshield replacement claims
Accurately file and process auto glass claims for dealerships across Arizona
Communicate with insurance providers to verify coverage and claim details
Deliver excellent customer service throughout the claims process
Maintain organized and complete documentation for all claims
Manage a high volume of claims and follow-ups simultaneously
Qualifications:
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Previous customer service or administrative experience preferred
Automotive or insurance industry experience is a plus
Schedule:
Full-Time, Monday–Friday
Shift options: 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Compensation & Benefits:
$18/hour starting pay
Commission opportunities available after 90 days
