We have several openings across our Eugene mill and are looking for dependable, hardworking people who want to learn, contribute, and be part of a team. What You Can Expect Putty Dryers Spreaders Cleanup Banding Press Sanders Warehouse Prefinish As you gain experience, there are opportunities to learn different areas of the mill, build new skills, and grow into other positions. Shifts Available may include Day (7 am - 3 pm), Swing (3 pm - 11 pm) and Graveyard (11 pm - 7 am). All shifts are 5 days a week Monday - Friday with possible OT on Saturdays, as needed. QualificationsEssential Duties & Responsibilities Observe and follow all safety rules and regulations at all times Follow all Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures when required Learn and perform a variety of positions across the production process Read and interpret putty color charts, material grades, production lists, and load tickets Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned work area (housekeeping) Support and participate in 5S and Kaizen continuous improvement initiatives Work collaboratively to achieve Safety, Production, and Quality goals Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor Utilize basic computer skills as needed for job functions #J-18808-Ljbffr States Industries Llc
