• Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent
• Salary: $80,000–$91,000 annually, (depending on experience, qualifications, and licensure) + Benefits

Position Summary

We are seeking a Clinical Therapist / Clinical Therapist Supervisor to provide clinical leadership, supervision, and support to a team of approximately 10–15 staff members.

The Clinical Therapist Supervisor will oversee clinical operations, provide supervision and consultation to clinical staff, monitor the quality and compliance of clinical services, and support the delivery of person-centered, strength-based, culturally responsive, and recovery-oriented care.

-> Key Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision, leadership, and support to a team of approximately 10–15 staff members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, consultation, mentorship, and professional development to clinical staff.
• Review and monitor clinical documentation, treatment plans, assessments, progress notes, and discharge documentation.
• Ensure clinical services comply with organizational policies, professional standards, licensing requirements, and applicable regulations.
• Provide clinical guidance regarding complex cases, crisis situations, risk assessments, treatment planning, and client care.
• Support staff in delivering person-centered, strength-based, culturally sensitive, and recovery-oriented services.
• Monitor staff performance and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and professional guidance.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance evaluations as needed.
• Assist with program development, quality assurance, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, 42 CFR Part 2, Ohio behavioral health regulations, and applicable professional licensing standards.
• Coordinate care with internal teams, community providers, and other professionals involved in client services.
• Assist staff in identifying community resources and addressing barriers to treatment and recovery.
• Promote a collaborative, supportive, and positive clinical team environment.
• Participate in clinical, administrative, and multidisciplinary meetings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by organizational leadership.

-> Required Qualifications

• Active LISW or LPCC license in the State of Ohio .
• LISW-S or LPCC-S is preferred.
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field.
• Experience providing clinical supervision and/or leading clinical staff preferred.
• Experience working with individuals experiencing mental health and/or substance-use disorders.
• Strong knowledge of clinical documentation, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and behavioral health services.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
• Valid Ohio driver's license and appropriate automobile insurance.
• Successful completion of required BCI background check, corporate compliance checks, and employment drug screening.
