We are seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant toassistin delivering occupational therapy services under the supervision of an OT. This role focuses on helping residents achieve functional independence and improve quality of life.

Reporting:This position reports directly to the Occupational Therapist and collaborates with the rehabilitation team and interdisciplinary staff.Whether you are an experienced therapist or a new graduate , you will find a respectful environment that supports learning, confidence, and meaningful teamwork.

Role Overview

• Implement therapy plans under OT supervision
• Document resident progress
• Assistin adaptive equipment training and activities of daily living
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team
• Support resident engagement and participation in therapy

WhatWe’reLooking For

• Active California COTA license in good standing
• Associate degree from an accredited COTA program
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehabilitation settings preferred, but new graduates and newly licensed assistants are welcome to apply.
• Knowledge of PDPM and basic documentation standards
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient, and committed to resident-centered care
• Physical ability to safelyassistresidents with mobility and therapeutic exercises
