Candidates must have a minimum of three years of registered nursing experience. Previous travel experience is mandatory. Charge experience is preferred but not required. The position involves caring for adult patients with various medical conditions. Skills required include blood product administration, management of cardiac drips, and monitoring telemetry. Experience with IV insulin protocols and peripheral line management is necessary. The nurse will work as part of an interdisciplinary team, including physical therapy and social services. The role requires the ability to float to other units with appropriate skill sets as needed. Candidates must commit to maintaining high standards of patient care and safety. Flexibility with scheduling, including weekend shifts, is required.
