Senior Radiology Clinical Specialist - West Coast

Medtronic seeks a Senior Radiology Clinical Specialist to support O-Arm imaging and navigation products across the West Coast. The role involves technical installation, customer support, and clinician training, with extensive travel required.
Responsibilities
- Install, support, and conduct clinical evaluations of O-Arm systems with surgeons and potential customers
- Provide telephone clinical support and maintain customer database with product and training records
- Troubleshoot system hardware and software; calibrate and maintain test equipment
- Educate hospital personnel including radiology, OR staff, and physicians on system operation
- Attend customer meetings and industry conventions to provide technical support
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or advanced degree with relevant experience
- Minimum 4 years relevant experience or 2 years with advanced degree
- Current ARRT radiologic technologist certification
- Prior technical service, support, or operating room experience
- Knowledge of operating room environment and sterile field protocols
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PC software applications
- Unrestricted U.S. work authorization
