This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney looking to advise leading healthcare and life sciences companies, private equity sponsors, investors, and innovative healthcare technology businesses on sophisticated regulatory matters and strategic corporate transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of healthcare regulatory experience , particularly in reimbursement and transactional healthcare regulatory work, along with outstanding analytical and writing skills. About the Practice The Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice advises healthcare providers, life sciences companies, digital health and technology businesses, private equity firms, venture capital investors, investment banks, and other industry stakeholders on the complex regulatory issues shaping the healthcare industry. Attorneys work on sophisticated federal and state healthcare regulatory matters involving reimbursement, compliance, healthcare transactions, fraud and abuse, data privacy, government investigations, and regulatory aspects of mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, financings, and venture capital investments. This opportunity is ideal for attorneys seeking to expand their experience in: Healthcare regulatory counseling and compliance Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement matters Healthcare M&A, private equity, and corporate transactions Transactional due diligence, deal documentation, and negotiations Regulatory risk analysis for complex healthcare transactions Advising healthcare and life sciences companies on evolving regulatory requirements Key Responsibilities Advise clients on healthcare regulatory matters affecting corporate transactions Conduct healthcare regulatory due diligence for M&A, private equity, and other strategic transactions Draft and negotiate transaction-related regulatory provisions and documentation Counsel clients on reimbursement compliance, coding, coverage, and payment issues for healthcare products and services Collaborate with multidisciplinary corporate teams on sophisticated healthcare transactions Analyze regulatory risks and provide practical business-focused legal guidance Qualifications J.D. from an accredited law school Minimum of 3 years of healthcare regulatory experience Experience with healthcare reimbursement, including reimbursement compliance and coding, coverage, and payment matters for novel products and services Experience handling transactional due diligence, deal documentation, and negotiations involving healthcare transactions (including emerging companies, private equity, M&A, or capital markets transactions) Experience with healthcare fraud and abuse counseling and compliance is preferred Outstanding analytical, research, writing, and communication skills Desire to work in a dynamic, collaborative, and fast-paced practice Collaborative, nationally recognized Healthcare & Life Sciences Practice Work on sophisticated healthcare regulatory and transactional matters for industry-leading clients Significant responsibility and direct client exposure Comprehensive benefits and discretionary bonus eligibility Strong commitment to attorney development, mentorship, and long-term career growth Why This Opportunity?
