What You'll Do

Grounds & Maintenance Team Members help maintain safe, clean, and attractive properties. Responsibilities may include:

Mowing, trimming, edging, and landscaping
Planting, mulching, and seasonal grounds maintenance
General building and facility maintenance
Cleaning and maintaining outdoor spaces
Snow and ice removal (seasonal)
Operating landscaping equipment and hand tools
Following all company safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment

What We're Looking For

We're looking for dependable, hardworking individuals who:

Have a strong work ethic and positive attitude
Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team
Take pride in quality workmanship
Can perform physical work in varying weather conditions
Are reliable, punctual, and safety-focused

Previous groundskeeping or maintenance experience is a plus, but many positions are willing to train motivated candidates.
