Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification
• Experience working with high school students, preferably in a self-contained setting
• Familiarity with creating and maintaining Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Commitment to collaborative approaches with staff, students, and families

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and adapt lesson plans for students with diverse learning needs
• Implement IEPs, track student progress, and participate in IEP meetings
• Foster a supportive and structured classroom environment
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and other support staff
