Desired Qualifications & Experience:

• Ability to adapt lessons and approaches to diverse learning styles and needs

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to each student’s IEP
• Assess, monitor, and document student progress toward IEP goals
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and parents to promote student success
• Provide emotional and behavioral support to maintain a positive, structured classroom
