Service Appointment Coordinator

Don Hewlett Chevrolet Buick’s Customer Loyalty Center is looking for enthusiastic, professional, customer-oriented candidates to join the team!This position reflects the image and face of our Service Department to our customers. We are looking for team players and multi-taskers as all our coordinators, receptionist and cashiers work closely together to provide superior customer service experience in a high paced environment.Schedule:Mon – Fri 8:30am – 6:00pmThis position will be scheduled to work every other Saturday.Essential Duties:Handles Inbound calls, answering customer concerns, issues and questions regarding products and services and directs phone calls to appropriate departments as needed.Schedules service reservations by phone, in person, or via email by coordinating with Service, Warranty, Parts and Collision departments.Contact new and existing customers to discuss current service needs or potential product/service issues.Provides proactive service by constantly communicating with customer on status of vehicle, potential product/service issues.
