Summary About the Position: This announcement is for a Financial Management Analyst position located at the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Center Operational Evaluation Command (OEC) with a duty location of Fort Hood, Texas. (merit) Responsibilities Leads financial oversight for command budget, and plans, programs, and executes resources ensuring compliance with policies and directives. Conducts cost analysis and manage processes, develops spend plans, monitors obligations, and provides reports to senior leadership. Interprets fiscal policy and enforces internal controls, resolves accounting issues, oversees audits, and ensures compliance with regulations. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 1) Assisting in planning and executing organizational budgets; and 2) Compiling and analyzing financial data to support cost estimates and forecasts; and 3) Monitoring obligations and expenditures to ensure compliance with regulations; and 4) Preparing routine reports and briefings to communicate funding status and recommended actions to management. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade level (NH-02/GS-11).
