This role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects from initiation through completion while ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at partnering with cross-functional teams to drive project success.What You'll DoLead projects from planning and kickoff through execution, delivery, and closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules, milestones, budgets, resource plans, and deliverablesCollaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and other stakeholders to define project goals and requirementsCoordinate cross-functional project activities and ensure alignment across departmentsFacilitate project meetings, design reviews, status updates, and stakeholder communicationsMonitor project performance, identify risks or delays, and implement corrective actions when neededManage project scope changes, schedules, budgets, and resources through established processesTrack project costs and budget performance while identifying opportunities for improved efficiencyMaintain accurate project documentation, action item logs, meeting notes, decision records, and status reportsCoordinate customer requirements, approvals, installation activities, and project acceptance activities as applicablePartner with suppliers and Supply Chain teams to monitor material availability, lead times, and vendor deliverablesSupport continuous improvement efforts by documenting lessons learned and recommending process enhancementsManage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail and communicationWhat We're Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations Management, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 3 years of project management or project coordination experienceExperience in manufacturing, construction, commercial construction, engineering, automation, industrial, or related environments strongly preferredProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate activities across multiple departmentsExperience managing project schedules, budgets, deliverables, risks, and resource planningStrong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office and project management softwarePreferred QualificationsExperience working in a regulated manufacturing environment, medical device industry, or similar settingPMP certification or progress toward certificationExperience managing equipment, engineering, manufacturing, product development, or installation projectsFamiliarity with Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, ERP systems, or similar toolsKnowledge of project budgeting, change management, and cost trackingUnderstanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologiesStrong leadership, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skillsWhy Join Lamboo Medical?Opportunity to make an immediate impact with an innovative organizationWork alongside cross-functional teams on meaningful projectsGain experience within a growing medical manufacturing environmentFast-paced, collaborative workplace focused on operational excellenceCompetitive compensation for the duration of the contractAbout Lamboo MedicalLamboo Medical develops innovative, sustainable medical products and solutions.
