Benefits Coordinator
Virtual Vocations Inc
Supporting the day-to-day administration of compensation and benefits programs, the full-time remote Total Rewards Coordinator will serve as the first point of contact for employee benefits inquiries, maintain data integrity, and provide analytical support to the compensation team. Key Responsibilities Act as the first point of contact for employee benefits and leave questions, processing enrollments and supporting open enrollment logistics Maintain Total Rewards documentation and trackers, respond to inquiries, and coordinate vendor communications Assist with compensation data management, survey submissions, and preparation for merit and promotion cycles Required Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in HR, benefits, compensation, or related administrative work Hands-on exposure to U.S. leave policies (FMLA, ADA, and state PFML/disability programs) Strong proficiency in data management using Excel or Sheets Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential employee information Must be based in the U.S
