Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and precision machining, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Alexandria, MN

Pay Range: $20+/hour

Shift: 2nd shift: M-F (2:30 PM - 10:30 PM) 
-OR-
3rd shift: M-F  (10:30 PM - 6:30 AM)

What's the Job?

• Load and unload parts into CNC machines, ensuring accuracy and quality
• Read and interpret manufacturing orders and blueprints to meet specifications
• Perform quality inspections using precision measurement tools
• Adjust tool offsets and change tools as needed to maintain quality standards
• Assist with setup, teardown, and basic machine maintenance activities

• Basic computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to recognize and address safety concerns
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and skill development
