Responsibilities The sand blaster's primary responsibility is to clean and prepare surfaces by removing paint, rust, dirt, and other contaminants using specialized sandblasting equipment, ensuring a smooth and even finish on materials such as metal. Key tasks include operating sandblasting machinery, setting up protective masking, inspecting surfaces, maintaining safety protocols, and ensuring quality control throughout the process.
