Description AR/AP Administrative Accounting Specialist in Santa Fe Springs, CA Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Pay Rate: Depends on experience Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable AR/AP Administrative Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of accounting and administrative responsibilities, playing a key role in supporting the financial operations and internal communication within the company. Key Responsibilities Perform Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable duties Manage invoicing and ensure timely and accurate processing Support month-end closing and work closely with offsite CPAs Perform accounting reconciliations and assist with full monthly cycle close Handle administrative and HR/payroll tasks as needed Maintain strong internal communication and provide excellent customer service Ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in a timely manner Qualifications Previous experience in AR/AP and general accounting functions Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Experience working with CPAs or external accounting firms a plus Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite #J-18808-Ljbffr Itlearn360
