Job Summary and Qualifications

Adhere to safety and sanitation policies. Adhere to storage, handling and disposal of RMW, Hazmat, solid waste and linen. Maintain and adhere to Environmental Service uniform and personal appearance standards at all times. Report all hazards and unsafe work conditions. Focus on patient experience and follow all patient experience standards. Collaborate with leadership with recommendations for patient experience improvement. Manage service recovery as needed. Foster a culture of commitment to the HCA vision, mission, and values of the organization. Participate in team and individual employee training. Participate in training with senior housekeepers to further develop/advance within the industry.

Pinewood Springs is a joint venture mental health and wellness hospital operated by HCA Healthcare's Tristar Health and Maury Regional Medical Center.
