WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Bartender, you'll craft more than just drinks. In this role, you will:

• Prepare and serve beverages with precision, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Engage with guests, offering recommendations and creating personalized experiences.
• Manage the bar's inventory, ensuring it's always stocked and ready for service.
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Process payments efficiently and handle cash with accuracy.
• Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.

WHAT YOU BRING

We're looking for a creative and personable bartender who thrives in a lively environment. To excel in this role, you'll need:

• Previous bartending experience, preferably in a high-volume setting.
• A valid alcohol awareness certification, as required by local regulations.
• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• The ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
• A flexible schedule, with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
